Kabala writes about personal and community development and also about politics. His main task is to drive the transformation of the African mind linked to resource ownership and self-determination. He has published two books: “Expropriation of the mind without compensation”. & " What time is it? The issue of African millennials”. His next release will be “The commerce of trust”.

He is fluent in French and English. Kabala speaks on personal development, community and business development, entrepreneurship and Pan-Africanism. Kabala speaks at youth gatherings, seminars, conferences and live on radio and television. He also supports businesses and organizations with public relations services, business presentations and negotiations. He has spoken at the World Diversity in Leadership Conference, he has also appeared in many international media such as AZTV (Azerbaijan), Afrique Media, For You Media Africa, OBN and others.
Cosultant
Kabala is a brain for hire. Passionate about knowledge creation through empirical research, he has been trained in building strong and self-reliant communities. He has expertise in business development and management. He is passionate about mobilizing and helping communities establish and implement their development projects.
Mentor
As a mentor, he has trained aspiring leaders and youth across Africa in business and political leadership and entrepreneurship development since 2019. He co-founded the Free-Minded Pan-African Academy: the school for African leaders in politics and in business, which has been implemented in five countries on the continent, including Ghana, Nigeria, Sierra Leone, Cameroon and South Africa, through which hundreds of leaders are produced each year.
Engineer
Kabala has a background in mechanical engineering and automotive mechanics. He specialized in mechanical design and drawings. He worked for many years in the technical department of one of South Africa’s mechatronics companies specializing in the design and manufacturing of cash protection devices such as high-security locks, cash defenders and others. He was in charge of the service department before leaving the company to pursue his dream career as a consultant, which he now finds fulfilling.
Pan-Africanist
Kabala is a truly optimistic African whose dedication and work on the African emancipation agenda is more focused on the global unification of African peoples, for the reconstruction of Africa as a global power base, through scientific means. He works as a public relations and communication strategist for the African Continental Unity Party (ACUP).
